Refund policy

14-day renders-or-refund

Every pack is digital and delivered instantly, so we can't take it back — but we can promise this: if the pack won't render a finished reel on your machine within 14 days of purchase, and we can't fix it with you, we refund you in full.

How it works

• Email hello@freetoolkit.ai within 14 days of purchase with your order number and what happened (the agent's last few messages or the error is ideal).
• A builder replies within one business day. Most problems are a missing dependency and are fixed in that first reply.
• If we can't get it rendering, we refund the full amount to the original payment method. Refunds are processed by our payment provider and usually show within 5–10 business days.
• On refund your licence key is revoked and you agree to delete the pack files.

What isn't covered

• Changing your mind about the format once it renders.
• Costs billed by third parties (your agent provider, ElevenLabs, Seedance / Higgsfield etc.).
• Views. We show real counts from our own reels; we don't promise yours.

Studio (subscription)

Cancel any time from your receipt email; you keep every pack already delivered. The 14-day promise applies to your first payment.
